Simulation Exercises – Submission process for publication

When preparing to share your simulation exercises for publication, please complete and submit the attached template. This will help standardise the information and ensure proper processing of your request.

Submitted simulation exercises can be viewed on the Power BI dashboard available via the WOAH web page Simulation Exercises - WOAH - World Organisation for Animal Health and will be shared through the relevant distribution list.

Submission process:

Fill out the attached Word template in your preferred language (English, French or Spanish). It will be translated into the remaining two languages.
Submit your completed Word file to the WAHIS Support Desk at least four weeks before the exercise takes place by selecting the following category and sub-category:
- Category: Generic assistance / Assistance générique / Asistencia genérica
- Sub-category: Simulation exercises / Exercices de simulation / Ejercicios de simulacro

By following this process, you will help ensure that your simulation exercise is published and shared with the relevant distribution list before it takes place.

Note: It may take up to four weeks after receipt for the exercise to be published.
