I am a Focal Point from an ASEAN Member State and want to report in WAHIS an ARAHIS-related disease which was previously eradicated or was never reported. What do I need to do?

Report an immediate notification in the WAHIS early warning module and then a weekly follow-up report (even if there is no change to the event) until you submit a final report or you close the event as stable.

If the event is closed as stable, you should then create a new event (a new immediate notification) in the WAHIS early warning module once you become aware of a new outbreak. Then, at least every month, create a follow-up report.
